Honey raisan bread

This is a bread that contain a lot honey,around 8 to 9 table spoon of honey..

So the taste and the smell of honey is very strong.And you dun have to add sugar,ccause honey contain lots of natural sugar in it.

It can keep for along time cause is very sweet.

I seperated the dough into 2.1 is to make the bread like a toast bread.1 loaf of bread..

Another dough i round it up and put some parmeson cheese on it.i brush some egg yolk in the dough to make it shinny and golden colour.

I forget where i put the recepies ...i was going to update it in my blog..maybe next time..

But i got some pic to show you all..

This is a nice bread to eat,you can try to make some at home.. ><

the texture kind of rough after a few days..and i wondfer why...is dry...

Here's the logo..since i like blue so i put blue colour..>< look how cute is the bun!

After along dicussion with my friend,we dicide to use this logo.She's a student from the one academy..Is a famous art school that locate near sunway.Because i'm a computer noob so i decide to call my friend help me to design alogo for me..Of cause the idea is from me..
Erm i decide to creat a round bun a the bun holding a rolling pin with a chef hat..
So that people will know that this is a bakery shop..
Plus the bun wearing glasses,that part is my friend special edit in,maybe she just want the bun to look like me..haha ..
Anyway,my shop name is BUNBUN's bakery...i did ask for my mum suggestion.She just say that name is weird.. ==

The chiffon or sponge + pandan flavour cake

The reason i gave it that name is because...It look like sponge cake..But is so soft and the level is high so is looks like a chiffon cake..

I never learn this in college before,so i decide to give it a try..

A. egg yolk -4

Milk- 60g

Salad oil-60g

Sugar -60g

Salt-1g

B. All purpose flour/cake flour 120g

Baking powder - 3g

Vanilla essence - 5g

c. Egg White - 4

Sugar-70g

Tartar powder - 2g

A- All mix in , (Egg yolk first )...beat till it looks smooth..

B add in A

Beat C,The fold it in 1/3 per time..

Fill it till is 60 to 70 % full

Bake it 180'c for 35 minits

It came out got that vanilla smell,is nice and soft and smooth..Looks like i did a great job.

But it doesn't look like nice in the pic,this is call 'technical problem'...XD

Tren Dance Camp

Tren Dance School is a popular dance school.It started at KL.But now it had many outlet for example in Damansara and many more.

But since i'm not a Tren member.So i get the imformation in the bullentin of friendster.

Date: May 30 - Jun 1 ( 3 days 2 night )

Location : Summit USJ & SJKC ZHI WEN

Fees for Non -Tren member : RM 128

So my fried and i decide to register first.Because i had hygiene class at friday.After the class i quickly rush home and bath.After that,just grab my baag and run! My friend waiting for me downstair.After we reach at summit,there were so many 'small kids ' .Well,because most of the Tren member is a primary and secondary school student.We were been seated in the hall.The activity of ice breaking started.Is to find our name that wroten on a paper,it were placed some where in the hall.We had 200 plus participle,so everyone was like squishing in to each other.After tha,is lunch time.Even the lunch box had a name on it,you will had to find your name on the lunch box only can start to eat.

Just because i had some 'private stuff' have to settle,so i will be away for a while,my house were just behind summit.i went back around 7.30pm.They had started to eat their dinner.i haven't eat for the whole day,out of energy mailto:..@-@..%20They had creat our group flag adn slogan.By the way.i'm in group red.My group leader name is Ah bu...After the dinner,we start some activity.But i had a stomach ace.I think is becasue the rice i had ate.After i ' TAHAN ',at last they brins us back to the aparment we were staying in.Because they meet earlier so they meet earlier so they haven't arrange our room.We were been placed in room 7.So everyone that stay in room 7 gathe4r and line up.1 by 1 going into the lift.After we went into the house.other house mate start to do their things.Left me and my friend standing there.They had got their own room,and the floor was so dirty.They told us not to unwrap anything so me and my friend dind't had any places to slep or even Sit.At last they pull a bed with the plastic over and wipe it with a tisu,it full of dust.After everything was clean,iwas too tired to bath or do anything else,so i just sleep first.I woke up at midnight 4am.Becuase my friend,she kind of 'big size'.i being squish by her can't even turn.The other that slept on the bed,they keep touching their hair and my leg.AHHH...SO TIRED...it was the worst day ever.

Jun 1

The next day we have to get up at 6.30am.My eye was like ' panda ''.After we change,we gather at the aparment car park.Then we start to jog around the car park.But i'm the first..XD ...After that we have to do frog jump and bunny hoop..We sweat alot,because of the sun.Lucky that i smart,Everyone that bath in the early morning will have to bath again.I bath after the morning jog.THey say we will stay in summit the whole day,so is best to bring everything that we need.So we gather at the car park and walk to summit.They start some activity...is a EQ question.

After that we will have to do our group slogan with the move....Every group had their move...Some realy creactive and funny...then we have to do the ' dai pao ' song...it was fun..><

And then lastly is the dance move...every dance had differen move..there were new jazz..breakdance..hip hop..belly and popping.

Next we start another activity...This activity is test our team work and fizicality.

They gave us a paper and told us where to meet..At first round,They were something that i play in 'National service..Is cal 'Lembangan halangan' ..Is some thing like you have to cross the monkey bar and stuff...

But at last you need to bunny hoop on the stair till the top of the stair....plus the stair was very high... 1 word to desribe...EXTREAMLY SUPER TIRED...

So here goes the first round,Second round will be at downstair...We have to cross over the rope that tie on the wall.and we have to cross it by bending down ..then in the ring we have to pose 3 sexy pose.But the round we fail..T.T...it was so so hard... !

The third round will be something like uno game,the group leader throw the dice.There were 2 dice.1 is the dice which chose the feet or hand we will have to put in the square box..Another dice is the colours.The leader have to throw till everyone of us in the box then stay that pose for 10 second and shout our group slogan.That was fun and easy..We pass this round.

The next round will be marble picking in a big box using our toe.We only can put 1 feet o the ground to pick the marble.The other leg will have to hang in the air.You will just have to use both hand to support your body.They only allow 5 people go in the box each time.And the limit will be 5 minit.There were 100 marbles in it and many rubbish to cover it.The highest record will be our group.We got 97 marbles..!

The fifth round we will have to run downstair again.We will have to play cheese using our body.The loser team face will given draw by the other team using pink and shinny lipstick.I get a love shape on my face.. ==

I rub it,then they giv me double of it.

The sixth wan is at the hall.We have to play a game name ' find the killer '..We have to choose a paper,see the job that we get.They were 2 spy,2 killer and 1 doctor,the others will be our villagers.i am the spy.We will fail to pass this round,Because we just get 1 killer...

Lastr round,we have to borrow a camera from someone in our group.Then the whole group have to find red background and take a picture with it.Because our team is red team.

We end the game at 5.30pm..Everyone was very tired and thirsty. So they call us to go back and get a good nap.Because tommorow we had a mini concert going on...

Jun 2

Today we get up very early ....we went to SJKC ZHI WEN gather...The hall was very big...it even have a lift in it.. ==

Spot light and the stage everything had been set...So we start to arrange our group....we going to have a reheasel...Our group start first... ( this is 5 minits before the concert we only know

Anyway,They have been pratice for a long time for this concert.So i can't wait to see their performances.There were all type of costume..dance..song...and many more..

Is 7.30 at night,The audience start to gather in the hall.We were preparing in the back stage.

At first,is the DJ speak...And then they were 2 singer ..W.H.Y nad another guy... (his song was great )..but i forget his name..Next will be our turn..Because this concert is charity show for the china earthquake victim..So we had a song sang by malaysian singer and many more..we just learn the step this afternoon...in this few hours,we learn alot..So is not bad that we can memorize it all.The song is 'hand in hand '..

Because i'm in the first round...I can see the audience clearly..PLus they were many spotlight on us..well,i was quite nervous + excited...It was alright...After it ends,we ran down stair and choose the best place to sit for the next and more excited performances..

Is something like a drama,There were ancient queen and slave..and the background music was 'scary ' ==... Continue the story,First they dance is english song...i'm not realy in to english song so i don't know what's the name..but is a clubbing song...follow by rain-i'm raining,super junior-tic toc,tvxq-rissing sun and many more...

The mini concert ends at 11 plus...It was tiring day...but is great...i meet a lot of new friend but all from kepong..And learn some nice dance move,althought i'm kind of jeolous of my friend that can dance so so well.Most of them are backup dancer for the singer who came to malaysia for concert or stuff..and even their body shape were great..

But their studio was too far,is at kepong and i know that the petrol was very super expensive..

that's the end of my 3 days 2 night kem...

Oh my next day got college...i remember i drove to college with my eyes half open..i even bang the side of those turning cornering... ==...

afternoon had a replacement class,but i will have to go home first and take a nap..

Steam Pao

Ingredients :

Ap flour- 160g

Cake flour-40g

Sugar-30g

Milk 100g

Yeast-2g

Melt Butter-6g

1.Everything add in...Then rest for 20 minits

2.Roll it and fold it...

3.Round up make it very tight..

4.Cut them into pieces

5.Steam for 20 to 30 minit..Off the fire and rest for 2 minit..

The pao should soft and white...Nice to chew..><

And my pao doesn't look like pao..

The dough is very nice because that day just rain and the weather is very cold..

So it came out had a very nice texture...

First time make pao success!!

Caremel custard

Today i bake custard...PLus the caremel that my col teach..

I try to cook it a few times...either the sugar wont melt or it get burn easily...

Lolz...But at last i get 1 that look and smell like a caremel..Brown colour...

But then the sugar didn't melt ..so when u eat it...u still can eat the sugar in it...

And it stick to my teeth..

I had mistaken than my caremel put on top of custard after bake..

Should be under the custard before bake... ==

Anyway...it came out the taste quite ok...

Chocolate Snow ball

Ingredients :

AP flour-75g

Cocoa powder-10g

Butter-65g

Sugar-25g

Choc chip-35g (cut )

1.Beat the butter + sugar..until fluffy and creamy..

2.Add choc chip

3.Add in flour

4.Put in the fridge for 30 minit ++

5.Make it like a ball shape

Preheat 180'c Bake 170'c 15-18 minit

In the end when is cold...put all the choc balls into caster sugar...

Then it came out to be like this....

chocolate mousse cake

There are 2 parts u need to make..

First is the bottom part..To hold the chocolate mousse..
Instead of sponge cake..we replace it as brownies..So the flavour of chocolate more..

Ingredients:
Ap flour 50g
Dark chocolate 55g
unsalted butter 100g
egg 80g
sugar 60g

1.Melted the butter and chocolate together
2.Another bowl beat egg and sugar..
3.Lastly add in flour..and mix all together..
4.Bake it 180'c 30 minit..

(I add in the left over brownies that i make it college.. == )

Chocolate mosse

milk 80g
whipping cream 180g
sugar 18g
egg yolk 1
dark chocolate 115g
gelatin 5g

1.Crush the chocolate and mix with gelatin by puting into the cold water..
2.Egg yolk and sugar beat till light yellow colour
3.whipping cream whisk it..
4.milk cook it then pour it into (number 2 )
5.Use slow fire cook it..
6.then pour it into the chocolate pieces and gelatin..
7.(number 3 & 4 add in ) then mix all together..

Lastly pour it into the brownies that had been bake and put in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours...

Well...just because i put it into the normal cake tin's...so that cake jam in the tin..So i can't take nice nice picture of my cake.T.T
but is tasty..very smooth and strong flavour of chocolate melt it the mouth..><

Custard ..><

You know,i use to think that custard is a pudding...ahahaha..><

So now i will be making a orange flavour custard...

Ingredients:

1.milk-75g

ap flour-25g

egg yolk-2

melted butter-25g

Sugar-10g

2.Orange juice-75g

3.Egg white-2

Sugar-40g

1.Put a layer of butter and sprinkle some sugar into the custard cup

2.Add milk ,ap flour,egg yolk,melted butter and cook it ...

3.Then add orange juice and whisk it till it smooth..

4.Beat egg white and sugar in another bowl

5.Mix the bowl that had beaten another bowl together..fold it by 1/3

6.Put it 80% full to the custard cup

7.Bkae it 170'c for 12 minit ++...

Is nice...have a try...><

My loaf of white toast + chocolate cake and bread

Today is wesak day...I decide to be a vegeterian whole day...But my hand ichy..i wanted to make some bread...As you know,bread need to use egg or milk or butter... ==

Is not vege anymore...

So we went to pray at the temple at puchong...Till at night we came back..M mum call my brother go downstair and buy a loaf of white toast..But my borther say out of stock..

lolz,so i decide to make 1 for my mum..

The basic stuff u need for bread..water,salt,flour,yeast..and maybe some butter,egg,milk..

It depends,Either you wanted to make a straight dough...so u don;t need to wait for the dough to rinse so long...you can add more yeast...

Yap...I don't understand why my dough always so sticky..It always stick to the hook or the mixing bowl..i try to add less water..And it was at night so is not that hot at all..

Maybe the dough just don't like me... :'(

So everytime i also agak-agak only...the dough wouldn't that smooth ..

So it took around 45 minit to rinse..then i roll up and rest for a nother 15 minit...

So is done...it got 2 loaf..but i got 1 tin...T.T

i waited more than 1 hour plus to prove the dough to 90%

i put in the oven and water and creat steam..

Another loaf of bread i prove it to aroun 70 to 80 %..then i put it in the fridge to stop proving..

i decide to make chocolate cake and bread..

So you put the dough in the middle of the tin..and then you pour the stuff you had beaten in...till 70 % full...don't put so much...if not you will end it up like me... 'BURST! '

Then i have to mop my oven.. :'(

I replace vege oil to peanut oil...It came out... just smell like peanut..everything is peanut.. ==

No smell of chocolate..Not nice! DON'T EVER MIX PEANUT OIL IN ANY BAKING...The smell is too strong it will cover all...

Today i bake alot of suff...First is the ice-cream...I make for my brother because he wanted to eat..because of that..i'm out of whipping cream..

So i can't make mosse cake.. :'(

Toast Bread

So i make toast bread again..I put stawberry milk instead of white milk..ahaha..><><

and i forgot where i grab the recipe...so...XD

But this bread...when i bring it to prove...it couldn't get higher...T.T

So is a very tiny loaf of bread..

Egg tart

The third wan will be Egg tart...i found the recipe..was so excited..

Actually now i relieze egg tart dun need lots of egg althought the name is 'EGG tart '

Ingredients :

Egg tart skin

1.butter 100g
2.AP flour 200g 3.egg -1
4.Sugar 50g
5.Milk powder 10g

Egg

1.Water 100g
2.Sugar 60g
3.Egg 100g
4.Milk 50g
(is kind of sweet )

How to?
1. Flour,Sugar,Butter add in..
2. Add Egg
3. Add milk powder
4. Is ready

5. Cook water and sugar
6. Add in egg then add milk
7. Put in the middle Egg Tart Skin
10.. Bake 160'C 10mins ++

Banana cake

This is very nice..><
Plus the recipe was nice too...and is easy to make..

Ingredients :

1. Ap Flour 120g　
Baking powder 1 g 　
Butter 80g

2.Sugar 120g 　
Salt 1g

3.Egg 2

4.Milk 20g

5.Banana 1

a) Add flour in..then butter..

b) Add sugar and salt in..Egg add in 1 by 1...Then milk add in slowly..

c) Althought the recipe never teach this..But the banana i smash it...then put some sobitol..vanilla flavour and cinnimon powder in it..it bring more flavour and tastier...But dun over load..

d) 170'c 3o minit

It came out just the cake i wan...smell good..taste great..Looks (Ermmmmm)

Honey Madeleines

i got the tray..is the shape of shell..!

And i love this food too...Normally u bought at outside will be dam tiny..

Ingredients :

1.Egg -2

Sugar-60g ( I reduce already )

2.Honey 30g ( i increase this )

3.Butter 100g ( cold but melted )

Lemon zest/flavour -2g

4.Ap flour -98g

Baking Powder-2g

a)Beat Egg ,sugar..honey,Butter and lemon zest

b)Seperated into 2 or 3 part for putting into the mixer bowl..

c) After done,Put in into the fridge for overnite..

d)Next day take out u will get something like a gum..Put it on the tray

e)Preheat the oven for 220'c,Bake for 180'c ( Open some tiny hole at the oven so that some air can get in..

f) you will see it slowly growing (till very very fat..so cute..>< )

Then is done...

AH!!..the first reaction when it came out...i;m like shouting to my family..is the shell shape...ahaha!.. ><

This is my best record...bake the most stuff in 1 day...5 products..XD

The sixth SWISS ROLL!!

Cause i bought a new swiss roll tray ... ==

It was slowly than the original wan half of the size...

Ingredients :

A.Milk-49g

Butter-41g

B.Cocoa Powder-15g

Ap flour-52.5g

C.Egg Yolk-3

Whole Egg-19g

D.Egg White-3

Sugar-67.5g

(A+B+C ...Mix together )

D Beat in another bowl..Then fold in ABC...

200'c for 30 minit...

I added some strawberry flavour..

TATA! The strawberry and choc swiss roll..><

The first time is not that nice..but ................i'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!... .!!

Success to roll like a swiss roll..and success to cut like 1..><

Althought it not that nice and creative..But it taste great..><

I love honey smell...and the feeling of bitting the biscuit...

"crack the sound " ...the feeling of chewing it..

Ingredients :

1.Butter 80g

2.Sugar 60g

3.Egg 40g

4.honey 35g

5.Ap flour 200g

6.Baking soda 1g

1.Add butter ,egg,sugar in..beat it..

2.Add honey..

3.Add Ap flour and baking soda ...

4.Put in fridge for about half an hour..

5.Preheat the oven for 170'c..

6.Bake it 170'c for 25 minit (Rest it oven for 10 minit )

I Reduce the sugar and add more honey..brings the flavour and less sweetness...

You will get a light gold colour and hard cookies...and IS DONE!

You can smell the honey smell from far away...><

Nice and easy...Great..cookies HERE I COME!

I don't know how many time i fail to make something... :'(
But this few days keep fail...So sad..
So this is the forth or fifth time i make swiss roll..
The past few time i fail to make a perfect wan...
But then my mum told me is not yr fault..is the tray...Because it too big..i need make a large amount of it...So it came out to be a very flat and black pancake roll.. ==
I Wasted my material again.. :'(

Chocolate stick...

I have no idea what i add...but i was waiting to eat this...

At last i fail again...The recepies..Everything i follow..

I didn't put sesame seed in it ..so i left that out...

It came out just like a bread stick and it so salty..

Maybe is my mentionment fault...It always not balance..i dun knw why...

I throw that recipe away..

Stawberry ice-cream

The next day...I make straberry ice-cream ==

Cause i like strawberry...

I use the same recepies as choc ice-cream..

But because i didn't have strawberry powder ..i replace it with straberry syrup..

But after it done...It so watery..i added extra corn floor in it ...Stil doesn't work..

I didn't care much...i throw it into the freezer..

the next morning...it looks like ice cube ==..

after a few over..i melt it ..then shake it again..it looks like a straberry ice-cream.. ^^

i even added choc chip in it..tasty..!

But the straberry milk too sweet ..!

Honey cake

After i done my ice cream...I bake honey cake...

ingredients :

Egg 185g

Sugar 65g

Salt 1.4g

Honey 37g

Baking Soda 10g

Ap flour 54g

High ratio flour 54g

Milk 40g

Salad oil 28g

Butter 23g

How to ?

1.Mix all A..Then add C...

2.Add B..Mix till it smooth..

3.Cook D and melted the butter.. ( Left it till warm..) Slowly add in...

4. Put in the tin... 185'c for 30 minit.

(Suppose to be like that...)

But Ter add something else...And the salad oil i put olive oil ... ==

So it make the whole thing so oily...and under it is black...

Became like tat.. >>

Choc ice-cream

I just came back from school...and is a very hot day...

i wanted to try something new...so i decide to make ice cream..

Here's the recepies...

Milk -1 cup

Choc milk - 1/2 cup (I replace it with milk + melted dark choc )

Egg yolk - 2

Sugar 150 gram

Corn floor-4g

cocoa powder-24g

Light whipping cream-442.5gram.. ( 1 1/2 cup )

Any raisan ..chop chip or biscuit can be added...

1.Cook the milk and choc milk ..not too hot..

2.Beat Egg yolk and sugar..

3.Then pour in the milk...

4.Then pour in the flour..beat till even..Then cook it...Whisk till it like A pieces a pieces..

5.Take out and cold it in cold water...

6.Whipping cream added slowly..and beat..

7.Put in bowl..Put raisan or choc chip or choc syrup or choc rice or cream..what ever you wanted to add in..

8.Freeze it in the freezer..every 1 hour take it out and shake it..Then put it back again...Till it looks like a ice cream..then is done..

Mine is looks so creamy...But is very sweet....The next time i think i will reduce the sugar...But it tasty..althought i don't like

choc ice-cream much...

Baking potato's

While i surfing the net....Again..i found some recepies about potato..

As u know..i love potato and cheeseee...

So i follow the recepies and bake...

It say that u need to put the heat till 375'c and bake for an hour..

My oven max is 300'c....But then ...my mum heard something "BOOM'

The tray was bengkok...i quickly went to off it...guess i put too high ==

So i open up the oven..let the air go in..the tray back to normal...

So now i bake again...with only 200'c..and i have no idea how long it took...

But i cut it into half...i think it will be faster...

how to bake a potato... ?

1.Grab some potato..I use US Potato...either large or small. I like small so I can eat a few. This way I get more tasty, crunchy potato skin in my portion. Mmmmm..

2.Using your average fork work your way around each potato stabbing deeply into it's flesh. 6-12 stabs should do it depending on the size of the potatoes you are using. This allows steam to escape during the cooking process.

3.Slightly deep the potato into the oil.. i used Olive oil...

4.And is ready to get into the oven.. ( the time and temperature better set it well)

5.This is how it should be...The skin should be puffed up, golden-brown and crispy, and the potato should squish easily and be very soft on the inside. Careful, potatoes retain heat for quite a while!

I added some Parmesan cheese And sour cream on top of the potato...I think it will taste great...Just hope that i cook nicely...
Oh no!! i'm gaining weight..Always potato..cheese...cake and stuff... !

So this is what i get after it came out of the oven..i just add the cheese haven't add the sour cream...
Another without the cheese i add some honey on it...The whole dish had pepper and parsley on the potato...

Today is the exam day..! so i went to class...well...i'm slightly abit late..
Hope the class havent started yet...Anyway...after we get the test..is a objective...
Oh no! all is pratical..but half of it was the stuff i make before..like swiss roll and others..
and we mark it ourself..no wonder la no one ever fail...every one behind was copying each other...
i never copy! and i get 8 per 10..
I think my college exam is so much better than in my high school..

After that we having pratical..baking cheese cake..
The cake was.. == i don't like it...
but it took 1 and a half hour to steam it..
we were done at 6 plus.....so tired..
i quickly rush to my car....Jamming already!

erm..because my brother love to eat chocalate cookies..

So i add some cocoa powder in it...

My butter cookies plus jam

Just came back from college...I had my lunch(porridge and red beans)...

Next...I went to the kitchen and starting to do my biscuit..><

This is plain and simple butter cookies + jam...

simple to make and tasty...

You don't need to buy it outside...it cost a lot for a box of butter cookies...

Ingredients :

butter 115g

caster sugar 150g

1 egg

200 plain flour ( AP flour )

1/2 tsp Baking powder ( 2g )

1.Beat the caster sugar and butter till fluffy and had a light colour

2.Add the egg gradually ..

3.Add flour item in it..

4. Put on the tray...put a finger on the middle of the biscuit...

5.Put as much jam as u want..

4.Bake for 190'c 17 minit ++ ( Set myself..cause forget to copy.. )

Add more jam after bake if you want

After it done...you should had slightly a light golden colour on the biscuit...

TATA! It done...

Tell you...This biscuit is very very nice..><

Anyway..i need to study already and memorize my presentation!

Stupid replacement class...

Today teori of bread class start at 10....i dont' know!
of cause i started to drive that time..i went to pump oil...then my friend message me say that the class started already...From USJ i fly car to my college...
The way i drive is so dangerous..Thank God i'm save..><
When i reach...Alot of people wasn't here yet...
no one know about it because they never tell us..

They suddenly say wednesday 10 start class ...and then friday got replacment class from 3 to 5...and maybe our exam will be on that day...
Helo..!! what kind of college is this...they never inform people..plus they simply put the replacement class when ever they were free...
i'm not free at friday..!! Got something important to do..!
i have decide...i won't come on friday for the teori class!
Last time the computer class also not arrange...no 1 came plus even the monitar sleeping in the dorm...
If the next time still like that..i'm going to complain to office d ==...

Yesterday i ate this...

Well..i have no idea what was that...and it looks like a * BONE *.. ><

It taste..ahaha..nice!...the smell..and the meat..everything was nice..

my dad wan to pour away...the sauce below..

i was like shouting from behind...MY SAUCE..!!!

haha..end up...he didn't throw it away...

my dad put it the oven and cook for 1 hour plus...

So so so nice..i ate alot of cause...fat!

Well....it suppose to be like tat... !

The truth is....i baked twice...First is like so so so watery...( The recepies from internet... )...So my mum call me to add flour..i added alot alot alot..Then i bring it to bake...it came out like... ==

so hard like stone...so chewing...like pan cake and bubble gum...

the next swiss roll i follow the recepies that my college gave me when i having my part time... everything was fine.... but! what is baker's mix..oh shit! ...i dun have that ingredients...so i just simply throw in ap flour...

and guess what...it came out the same as last time...bt is slightly it ..well...i have no idea...

i want to eat swiss roll... :'(

Honey toast bread

Is sunday! ..i woke up at 10.30...Then i decide to bake something after that i will be studying...So i have surf the net and found this...The recipe of the Honey toast bread...

Ingredients :

1.High ratio flour 200G

2. AP flour 50g

3. Milk 120g

4.Egg 50g

5.Honey 50g

6.Unsalted butter 30g

7.Yeast 3g

How to ?

1.Mix everything in it except butter...Form a rough dough...

2.Add butter...The dough wil becamse smooth and none sticky..

3.rolls into ball and rest it for 90-120 minit..about double the size..

4.roll in using a rolling pin..make all the gas come out..then rest for 30 minit..

5.cut in to 4 pieces..each 120g..roll it and rest for 15 minit..

6.Put it in the toast tin and let it prove ..around 80 to 90% then is ready to bake

( Rmb to brush on oil or margerine or butter...dun wan your bread stick in the tin..>< ) 7..Preheat the oven 200'c...the toast bread brush on egg... 8. 180'c to bake for 15 minit... When is done...the toast will be soft and tasty...your house will be full of honey smell..><

But..erhem...my house kitchen is like dessert!!...of cause the dough was sticky.. :'( ..mummy say next time bring the mixer out facing aircond ...XD

anyway..the texture not tat nice ....i hope the next time when the dough was blowing aircond! it feel better...><

My friend say she want to party! Cause her exam just over...mine haven't :'(

But anyway..we went to some friend house near Puchong because if we go to Wing's Cafe...they need to pay extra..So we open a bottle of wiskle at there..Is like so old and not from Malaysia..Different type of wiskle..After we had a bit...is like so bitter...But my other friend were ok with it...I'm not!...i just touch my mouth to the cup...and lick it ==

And then 1 of my friend were drunk because she drank so fast...and she wanted to get drunk...Another friend she drank alot..she keep pouring and drinking..

End up ...they were lying there like death people now...They mention that their head dam pain ...1 of it...she felt very cold,i think she caught a fever and she keep vomiting.Another friend she was so dizzy,and simply laugh and talk..Got some moment,she get very hard to breath...me and my friend was so scare..then she start to cry..We hav no idea what had happen to her.After they keep repeating vomiting and laughing ..simply talk ..Now they fel asleep..So peace ..My another friend that didnt get mabuk was tired till felt aslep on the floor.Left me taking care of them and typing this blog.Hope they don't drank again..So hard to take care.What they say were damm funny..and their action and everything.I have no idea what they saying.Me and my friend was like laughing there.

My mum love butter cake...So i make it for her for mothers day..
i Follow my bakery class recipe...
I think the recipe i divide to 4...cause i only make 1...
i Remember there is..

First..

Emusifier-4G

Sugar-72G

Egg-95G

Dextrose-10G

Whisk it together until it slightly thickened..
Then put it in other bowl..
Clean the mixer bowl
Use the padel..

Add in..

Butter-50G

Margerine-50G

Sorbitol-10G

Vanilla flavour-2G

After hit it till it smooth...

Pour in..

High ratio flour-95G

baking powder-1.5G

Milk powder-2G

After all mixed in...pour in the Cream that we make before that...
pour in 1/3 to mix it in high speed..
Ned another 1/3 for medium speed
Lastly in 1/3 hit it for low speed

After it done...Put it in the tin...

Bake it for 180'C for 35-40 minit..

This is the result..

The cake came out with nice smell...!
But alot egg flavour...less butter flavour..But it was soft and smell nice.. My mum say it kind of hard at the outside and not enough moisture..Because i put extra 5 minit...and never take care of it...XP
Anyway...first time make it was a success...><
The cake kind of small because the container is kind of big...

Parmesan Wedges

After my hygiene test...i went back home..

Guess what i make! Parmesan Wedges...altought it is very fat...but is so tasty..and is better than french fries...less oil.....

First ..Wash the potato as clean as posible..because you are going to eat the whole thing...

Cut the potato into Wedges ...>< ... ( BEST is to use US potato.. )

caz it taste very sweet ...

Ingedients : Pepper..parmesan cheese...spices...olive oil...parsley..

Put pepper...spices and parsley and olive oil...

Take a alumminium foil to wrap the potato inside..

Put in the oven 200"C for 20-25 minit

After that bring it out...Put some parmesan cheese and a little more pepper n on it..Put back into the oven for 15 minit more...

Then is time to EAT!!

Its smell good...Cheeseeee....crispy...the potato is so sweet..><

Coffee Roasts: Which one is for you?

Coffee is produced by Coffee Beans.. Coffee Beans come in a large varitey. In fact there are over 50 different varieties, however there are only two main varieties used commercially. These are Arabica and Robusta beans.

Coffee Roasts can make or break the flavor of coffee beans. Roasting actually blends the sugars, fats and starches held within the coffee bean. This results in distinctive oils for each coffee bean. This oil concentrates the flavors and aromas we love.

Light Roasts (Half City, Cinnamon)Light body with slightly sour taste and dry bean surface.

Medium Roasts (Light French, American, Breakfast)Sweeter than Light Roast, complex full body and aromas, with snappy acid. Dry surface.

Dark Roasts (Full City, French, Espresso, Viennese, European, Continental)Spicy with a complex sweet rich chocolaty body. Slightly oily surface.

Very Dark Roasts (Dark French, Spanish)Smoky flavors from the roast feature as much as the inherent bean flavors. Very oily bean surface.

The History of Coffee commences from around 1000AD after Arab traders brought berries back from Ethiopia. The beans were roasted and brewed to make a drink called "qahwa" (translated to 'that which prevents sleep'). The berries themselves were noticed after goats were observed to have increased energy after eating them. There is debate as to whether an Ethiopian goat herder or Yemeni mystic was the first to witness the goats eating the berries, but the result is the same.

Coffee was a highly profitable market for Arab traders who maintained a monopoly in the business. It was not until around 1600AD when an Arab pilgrim named Baba Budan smuggled fertile seeds out of Mecca.
Around 1600AD, coffee was introduced to Venice, Italy. Europe caught the buzz with production of coffee becoming the prize. The Dutch managed to be the first European to establish the first European-owned coffee estates in Ceylon and Java. With the Dutch now established as Europe’s coffee producers they began to give coffee trees as gifts to European nobility.
A French naval officer named de Clieu based in Martinique (in the French Caribbean), stole a seedling from a tree given to the French King. After an arduous trip back to the Caribbean where de Clieu even gave half of his rationed water to the coffee tree sapling, the tree was planted into a classic coffee micro-climate. From this seedling, some 19 million trees sprouted. It is estimated the 90% of the world's coffee came from this little seedling.
Which brings us to Brazil. In 1727, Brazil Colonel Francisco de Melo Palheta is sent to arbitrate a border dispute between the French and Dutch colonies in Guiana. The Brazil Colonel had a secret liaison with the French Governor wife who gave the Colonel a bouquet as a parting gift. The bouquet had hidden coffee tree cuttings and fertile seeds. In 1907, Brazil supplied around 95% of the world's coffee. Brazil now supplies approximately a quarter of the world's coffee.
In 1773, drinking coffee in the US became a patriotic thing to do after the Boston Tea Party.
Coffee makes its way to Hawaii in 1825.
By 1887, coffee was in Tonkin, Indo-China.
In 1896, coffee was beginning to be cultivated in Queensland, Australia.
In 1938, Nestle invents freeze-dried coffee and starts to sell Nescafe in Switzerland.
New Guinea began cultivating coffee in the 1950's.
In 1971, Starbucks opens its first store in Seattle.

Is tuesday again.nedto get up at 6.30am...
started to drive at 7..reach school at 7.45...
eat pan mee at hawker stall..
climbing into my college because the gate haven't open... :'(
went in the class on aircond and everything..
then my classmate come already..
she told me that today got exam!
i'm like...oh..realy?
then every 1 start to study..the class is so quiet...
i did study too..but last week i never came and i dun know got exam!!!
none of my friend told me..i was thinking do i have any friend in this class...
haizz....i didn't get the last week note's...
now what should i do... i try to stuck everything in my brain within half an hour.
then teacher came..my monitor tell me that she going to help me tel the teacher i'm taking my exam next week...but teacher say NO! HE CAN'T DO THAT..
dam shit la...last week i nevercame is because i high fever..i got MCpaper!~
i dam no mood already plus angry.so i just simply do the paper..luckily i got study that..is the thing that teacher mention alot alot alot time..i memorize d..
only the last question i wasn't that sure...
1 more thing is that my spelling got a lot mistake!!! hope teacher have kind heart...kesian me la..~~

o ya...at last i got asigment to do d!! weee...~~ is kind of fun..><
but i wonder why every asigment in this college is individual wan...susah la..

at last...the class end!! bt the last week notes i haven't get...teacher some more say give us 1 week time to read it...and he say later only give me the notes....

New llife,New me,New beggining NEW hobby!

Hei,i'm back.

i got great news! my dad just bought me a EKA oven and a mixer.Althought the mixer i wan is blue,but it came out to be white colour. :'( Half of the cost is pay by my saving.i'm so bankrap now.

Take a look at my mixer and oven!

The first day the oven and mixer came.my dad use it to make a oven chicken.

the chicken smell good and taste like as if im in heaven ! and i watch the fire.at least i learn to make a main dish already.That will be oven chicken. ><

i forget to took a pic of it.i just ter recall back after we had so many parts of it.Too bad.!

Well,the next few days we went to ikea to buy the equiment and we bought our ingredients some where in puchong.when we get back home,without reliezing anything,i start mixing the ingredients.The measurement had run because the timbang use is damm old.the cookies that i bake had fail.Anyway,is the first time i bake alone at home,and of cause i blame the measurement.the cookies that came out is salty and sticky.i will have to wait till my dad bought a new measurement thing for me.

i bake quite alot stuf...choc chip cookies,orange toast,swiss roll and many more..but i was too busy mixing n everything.i forgot to take pic for every product i make...the next time i will remember so that i can post every things that i make in this blog..><

look at my ingredients and equiment..i got mostly everything and i can make everything!!

but my mum banned me....i couldn't make stuff at tuesday and wednesday...caz i make at school too...then i will be dam tired at home...start to get angry easily...><

I was dreaming about * Secret * . Anyway,there's a loud " BANG " came from outside my room.

So, i jump off my bed and walk to open the door.In front me was my mum,on the floor.I dun know wat had happen but it seems that she in pain.After a minit, she mention the word "cockroach ".

Immediately, I AM FREEZE! u know why...caz The " Thing " is the most digusting creature .Plus is the only thing i scare the most.So while i was looking around,see wheather it is around me a not.Suddenly,IT just crawling beside the door and I was standing beside the door too.

the next thing i did was ran to the most corner of my bed,is the fartest place to the floor n to the door and of cause i bang the door too.But it was crawling under my bedroom door and INTO MY ROOM! I Was like ahhhhhh!!!!!!!! Shit....HElp!But my dad was busying helping my mum.So no one is there to help me...T.T . it getting closer to me,i feeling like crying d.Then it craw craw craw to the end of the other corner of my room.i quietly ran out.i keep jumping n shouting so that i wil get atention from my dad,but he didn't care much.and my brother is rushing to school.So,i was alone standing outside my room,looking into my room and wondering where is that stupid thing.

at last! after 45 minit to 1 hour,i try to step in abit by abit,kicking mostly everything so that it wil come out.but it never did came out.it Makes me feel so unsafe.T.T

Is already 7am,i hav to change and everything.i take a quick look to my bedroom and ask my mum help me to find the death body of the thing .And i wan proof that it had came OUT of my room.if not tonite i'm not going to sleep in it.

after i reach college,is management class today.Manegement class is the clas i consider it as sleeping class .You wil know if you were in it.i was so tired and sleepy.but i'm sitting in the second front row so i can't get to take some nap.my friend was playing with the furry black ball.She use it to touch my hand,i jump up immdiately because i thought it was the thing.

after this class, then i went to baking class.then my fren fetch home.

After i reach home,i ask my mum ,where is the death body . she show me the picture... ==

i was like.... " ahahahaha " revenge !!! It DIE..! And i'm going to post the picture now to show the world how big n digusting it is.Realy Gross!

Another thing,my mum felt down in the morning.but she is just fine.

want to know why she felt down?she was chasing it instead she was chased back by the "cockroach" .She was so afraid of it just like me so she felt down n bang the wall plus the mirror break too.it was so funny plus lucky that she is ok.

i woke up at 6 today!because of that stupid "cockroach ". I think i'm going to take a nap now.
