The chiffon or sponge + pandan flavour cake

The reason i gave it that name is because...It look like sponge cake..But is so soft and the level is high so is looks like a chiffon cake..
I never learn this in college before,so i decide to give it a try..

A. egg yolk -4
Milk- 60g
Salad oil-60g
Sugar -60g
Salt-1g

B. All purpose flour/cake flour 120g
Baking powder - 3g
Vanilla essence - 5g

c. Egg White - 4
Sugar-70g
Tartar powder - 2g

A- All mix in , (Egg yolk first )...beat till it looks smooth..

B add in A

Beat C,The fold it in 1/3 per time..

Fill it till is 60 to 70 % full

Bake it 180'c for 35 minits

It came out got that vanilla smell,is nice and soft and smooth..Looks like i did a great job.
But it doesn't look like nice in the pic,this is call 'technical problem'...XD
