My shop logo
Erm i decide to creat a round bun a the bun holding a rolling pin with a chef hat..
So that people will know that this is a bakery shop..
Plus the bun wearing glasses,that part is my friend special edit in,maybe she just want the bun to look like me..haha ..
Anyway,my shop name is BUNBUN's bakery...i did ask for my mum suggestion.She just say that name is weird.. ==
The chiffon or sponge + pandan flavour cake
It came out got that vanilla smell,is nice and soft and smooth..Looks like i did a great job.

Tren Dance Camp
So my fried and i decide to register first.Because i had hygiene class at friday.After the class i quickly rush home and bath.After that,just grab my baag and run! My friend waiting for me downstair.After we reach at summit,there were so many 'small kids ' .Well,because most of the Tren member is a primary and secondary school student.We were been seated in the hall.The activity of ice breaking started.Is to find our name that wroten on a paper,it were placed some where in the hall.We had 200 plus participle,so everyone was like squishing in to each other.After tha,is lunch time.Even the lunch box had a name on it,you will had to find your name on the lunch box only can start to eat.
But their studio was too far,is at kepong and i know that the petrol was very super expensive..

Great breakfast...
Steam Pao
Ap flour- 160g
Cake flour-40g
Sugar-30g
Milk 100g
Yeast-2g
Melt Butter-6g
1.Everything add in...Then rest for 20 minits
2.Roll it and fold it...
3.Round up make it very tight..
4.Cut them into pieces
5.Steam for 20 to 30 minit..Off the fire and rest for 2 minit..
The pao should soft and white...Nice to chew..><
And my pao doesn't look like pao..
The dough is very nice because that day just rain and the weather is very cold..
So it came out had a very nice texture...
First time make pao success!!
Caremel custard
I try to cook it a few times...either the sugar wont melt or it get burn easily...
Lolz...But at last i get 1 that look and smell like a caremel..Brown colour...
But then the sugar didn't melt ..so when u eat it...u still can eat the sugar in it...
And it stick to my teeth..
I had mistaken than my caremel put on top of custard after bake..
Should be under the custard before bake... ==
Anyway...it came out the taste quite ok...
Chocolate Snow ball
Ingredients :
AP flour-75g
Cocoa powder-10g
Butter-65g
Sugar-25g
Choc chip-35g (cut )
1.Beat the butter + sugar..until fluffy and creamy..
2.Add choc chip
3.Add in flour
4.Put in the fridge for 30 minit ++
5.Make it like a ball shape
Preheat 180'c Bake 170'c 15-18 minit
In the end when is cold...put all the choc balls into caster sugar...

chocolate mousse cake
First is the bottom part..To hold the chocolate mousse..
Instead of sponge cake..we replace it as brownies..So the flavour of chocolate more..
Ingredients:
Ap flour 50g
Dark chocolate 55g
unsalted butter 100g
egg 80g
sugar 60g
1.Melted the butter and chocolate together
2.Another bowl beat egg and sugar..
3.Lastly add in flour..and mix all together..
4.Bake it 180'c 30 minit..
(I add in the left over brownies that i make it college.. == )
Chocolate mosse
milk 80g
whipping cream 180g
sugar 18g
egg yolk 1
dark chocolate 115g
gelatin 5g
1.Crush the chocolate and mix with gelatin by puting into the cold water..
2.Egg yolk and sugar beat till light yellow colour
3.whipping cream whisk it..
4.milk cook it then pour it into (number 2 )
5.Use slow fire cook it..
6.then pour it into the chocolate pieces and gelatin..
7.(number 3 & 4 add in ) then mix all together..
Lastly pour it into the brownies that had been bake and put in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours...
Well...just because i put it into the normal cake tin's...so that cake jam in the tin..So i can't take nice nice picture of my cake.T.T
but is tasty..very smooth and strong flavour of chocolate melt it the mouth..><
Custard ..><
Ingredients:
5.Mix the bowl that had beaten another bowl together..fold it by 1/3
6.Put it 80% full to the custard cup
7.Bkae it 170'c for 12 minit ++...

A1! Althought is easy and alot people get very high mark..but i'm glad for that...

4.Sugar 50g
5.Milk powder 10g
2.Sugar 60g
3.Egg 100g
4.Milk 50g
(is kind of sweet )
1. Flour,Sugar,Butter add in..
2. Add Egg
3. Add milk powder
4. Is ready
6. Add in egg then add milk
7. Put in the middle Egg Tart Skin
10.. Bake 160'C 10mins ++
Plus the recipe was nice too...and is easy to make..

The sixth SWISS ROLL!!
Success honey biscuit... :)
I fail again....:'(
But this few days keep fail...So sad..
So this is the forth or fifth time i make swiss roll..
The past few time i fail to make a perfect wan...
But then my mum told me is not yr fault..is the tray...Because it too big..i need make a large amount of it...So it came out to be a very flat and black pancake roll.. ==
I Wasted my material again.. :'(
Chocolate stick...
Stawberry ice-cream
Cause i like strawberry...
I use the same recepies as choc ice-cream..
But because i didn't have strawberry powder ..i replace it with straberry syrup..
But after it done...It so watery..i added extra corn floor in it ...Stil doesn't work..
I didn't care much...i throw it into the freezer..
the next morning...it looks like ice cube ==..
after a few over..i melt it ..then shake it again..it looks like a straberry ice-cream.. ^^
i even added choc chip in it..tasty..!
But the straberry milk too sweet ..!
