The sixth SWISS ROLL!!

A SUCCESS WAN!!!!
Cause i bought a new swiss roll tray ... ==
It was slowly than the original wan half of the size...

Ingredients :

A.Milk-49g
Butter-41g
B.Cocoa Powder-15g
Ap flour-52.5g

C.Egg Yolk-3
Whole Egg-19g

D.Egg White-3
Sugar-67.5g

(A+B+C ...Mix together )








D Beat in another bowl..Then fold in ABC...










200'c for 30 minit...











I added some strawberry flavour..










TATA! The strawberry and choc swiss roll..><










The first time is not that nice..but ................i'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!... .!!
Success to roll like a swiss roll..and success to cut like 1..><

wah..ur swiss roll oso very nice leh...sure will failed to do it many times..like tis only got best result ma..i oso experince tis before. wen failed very samtong..cox the ingresients wasted ardy.. but nvm..cox practice make perfect ma..rite?? lolx..
