chocolate mousse cake

There are 2 parts u need to make..

First is the bottom part..To hold the chocolate mousse..
Instead of sponge cake..we replace it as brownies..So the flavour of chocolate more..

Ingredients:
Ap flour 50g
Dark chocolate 55g
unsalted butter 100g
egg 80g
sugar 60g

1.Melted the butter and chocolate together
2.Another bowl beat egg and sugar..
3.Lastly add in flour..and mix all together..
4.Bake it 180'c 30 minit..

(I add in the left over brownies that i make it college.. == )

Chocolate mosse

milk 80g
whipping cream 180g
sugar 18g
egg yolk 1
dark chocolate 115g
gelatin 5g

1.Crush the chocolate and mix with gelatin by puting into the cold water..
2.Egg yolk and sugar beat till light yellow colour
3.whipping cream whisk it..
4.milk cook it then pour it into (number 2 )
5.Use slow fire cook it..
6.then pour it into the chocolate pieces and gelatin..
7.(number 3 & 4 add in ) then mix all together..

Lastly pour it into the brownies that had been bake and put in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours...


Well...just because i put it into the normal cake tin's...so that cake jam in the tin..So i can't take nice nice picture of my cake.T.T
but is tasty..very smooth and strong flavour of chocolate melt it the mouth..><


Custard ..><


You know,i use to think that custard is a pudding...ahahaha..><

So now i will be making a orange flavour custard...

Ingredients:
1.milk-75g
ap flour-25g
egg yolk-2
melted butter-25g
Sugar-10g
2.Orange juice-75g
3.Egg white-2
Sugar-40g
1.Put a layer of butter and sprinkle some sugar into the custard cup
2.Add milk ,ap flour,egg yolk,melted butter and cook it ...
3.Then add orange juice and whisk it till it smooth..
4.Beat egg white and sugar in another bowl

5.Mix the bowl that had beaten another bowl together..fold it by 1/3


6.Put it 80% full to the custard cup

7.Bkae it 170'c for 12 minit ++...

Hygiene test paper... ! 87 %

Lolz....since the strawberry showing off her test paper marks..
i'm going to post it too..><
and mine increase to 87 too! cause teacher mark wrongly...
AHAHAHA...since form 4 i think i never get that high d..
A1! Althought is easy and alot people get very high mark..but i'm glad for that...

My loaf of white toast + chocolate cake and bread

Today is wesak day...I decide to be a vegeterian whole day...But my hand ichy..i wanted to make some bread...As you know,bread need to use egg or milk or butter... ==

Is not vege anymore...

So we went to pray at the temple at puchong...Till at night we came back..M mum call my brother go downstair and buy a loaf of white toast..But my borther say out of stock..

lolz,so i decide to make 1 for my mum..

The basic stuff u need for bread..water,salt,flour,yeast..and maybe some butter,egg,milk..

It depends,Either you wanted to make a straight dough...so u don;t need to wait for the dough to rinse so long...you can add more yeast...

Yap...I don't understand why my dough always so sticky..It always stick to the hook or the mixing bowl..i try to add less water..And it was at night so is not that hot at all..

Maybe the dough just don't like me... :'(

So everytime i also agak-agak only...the dough wouldn't that smooth ..

So it took around 45 minit to rinse..then i roll up and rest for a nother 15 minit...

So is done...it got 2 loaf..but i got 1 tin...T.T

i waited more than 1 hour plus to prove the dough to 90%
i put in the oven and water and creat steam..








Another loaf of bread i prove it to aroun 70 to 80 %..then i put it in the fridge to stop proving..

i decide to make chocolate cake and bread..
So you put the dough in the middle of the tin..and then you pour the stuff you had beaten in...till 70 % full...don't put so much...if not you will end it up like me... 'BURST! '








Then i have to mop my oven.. :'(

I replace vege oil to peanut oil...It came out... just smell like peanut..everything is peanut.. ==
No smell of chocolate..Not nice! DON'T EVER MIX PEANUT OIL IN ANY BAKING...The smell is too strong it will cover all...

20 may 2008 Choc ice cream+toast bread+egg tart+banana cake+honey Madeleines

Today i bake alot of suff...First is the ice-cream...I make for my brother because he wanted to eat..because of that..i'm out of whipping cream..
So i can't make mosse cake.. :'(
Toast Bread
So i make toast bread again..I put stawberry milk instead of white milk..ahaha..><><
and i forgot where i grab the recipe...so...XD
But this bread...when i bring it to prove...it couldn't get higher...T.T
So is a very tiny loaf of bread..












Egg tart

The third wan will be Egg tart...i found the recipe..was so excited..
Actually now i relieze egg tart dun need lots of egg althought the name is 'EGG tart '

Ingredients :

Egg tart skin

1.butter 100g
2.AP flour 200g 3.egg -1
4.Sugar 50g
5.Milk powder 10g


Egg
1.Water 100g
2.Sugar 60g
3.Egg 100g
4.Milk 50g
(is kind of sweet )


How to?
1. Flour,Sugar,Butter add in..
2. Add Egg
3. Add milk powder
4. Is ready
5. Cook water and sugar
6. Add in egg then add milk
7. Put in the middle Egg Tart Skin
10.. Bake 160'C 10mins ++












Banana cake
This is very nice..><
Plus the recipe was nice too...and is easy to make..

Ingredients :
1. Ap Flour 120g 
Baking powder 1 g  
Butter 80g
2.Sugar 120g  
Salt 1g
3.Egg 2
4.Milk 20g
5.Banana 1
a) Add flour in..then butter..
b) Add sugar and salt in..Egg add in 1 by 1...Then milk add in slowly..
c) Althought the recipe never teach this..But the banana i smash it...then put some sobitol..vanilla flavour and cinnimon powder in it..it bring more flavour and tastier...But dun over load..
d) 170'c 3o minit

It came out just the cake i wan...smell good..taste great..Looks (Ermmmmm)












Honey Madeleines

i got the tray..is the shape of shell..!
And i love this food too...Normally u bought at outside will be dam tiny..

Ingredients :

1.Egg -2
Sugar-60g ( I reduce already )
2.Honey 30g ( i increase this )
3.Butter 100g ( cold but melted )
Lemon zest/flavour -2g
4.Ap flour -98g
Baking Powder-2g



a)Beat Egg ,sugar..honey,Butter and lemon zest

b)Seperated into 2 or 3 part for putting into the mixer bowl..

c) After done,Put in into the fridge for overnite..
d)Next day take out u will get something like a gum..Put it on the tray
e)Preheat the oven for 220'c,Bake for 180'c ( Open some tiny hole at the oven so that some air can get in..










f) you will see it slowly growing (till very very fat..so cute..>< )

Then is done...


AH!!..the first reaction when it came out...i;m like shouting to my family..is the shell shape...ahaha!.. ><

This is my best record...bake the most stuff in 1 day...5 products..XD

The sixth SWISS ROLL!!

A SUCCESS WAN!!!!
Cause i bought a new swiss roll tray ... ==
It was slowly than the original wan half of the size...

Ingredients :

A.Milk-49g
Butter-41g
B.Cocoa Powder-15g
Ap flour-52.5g

C.Egg Yolk-3
Whole Egg-19g

D.Egg White-3
Sugar-67.5g

(A+B+C ...Mix together )








D Beat in another bowl..Then fold in ABC...










200'c for 30 minit...











I added some strawberry flavour..










TATA! The strawberry and choc swiss roll..><










The first time is not that nice..but ................i'M SO HAPPY!!!!!!... .!!
Success to roll like a swiss roll..and success to cut like 1..><















Success honey biscuit... :)

Althought it not that nice and creative..But it taste great..><
I love honey smell...and the feeling of bitting the biscuit...
"crack the sound " ...the feeling of chewing it..

Ingredients :

1.Butter 80g
2.Sugar 60g
3.Egg 40g
4.honey 35g
5.Ap flour 200g
6.Baking soda 1g



1.Add butter ,egg,sugar in..beat it..
2.Add honey..
3.Add Ap flour and baking soda ...
4.Put in fridge for about half an hour..
5.Preheat the oven for 170'c..
6.Bake it 170'c for 25 minit (Rest it oven for 10 minit )






I Reduce the sugar and add more honey..brings the flavour and less sweetness...
You will get a light gold colour and hard cookies...and IS DONE!
You can smell the honey smell from far away...><
Nice and easy...Great..cookies HERE I COME!







I fail again....:'(

I don't know how many time i fail to make something... :'(
But this few days keep fail...So sad..
So this is the forth or fifth time i make swiss roll..
The past few time i fail to make a perfect wan...
But then my mum told me is not yr fault..is the tray...Because it too big..i need make a large amount of it...So it came out to be a very flat and black pancake roll.. ==
I Wasted my material again.. :'(

Chocolate stick...

This is a failure...
I have no idea what i add...but i was waiting to eat this...
At last i fail again...The recepies..Everything i follow..
I didn't put sesame seed in it ..so i left that out...
It came out just like a bread stick and it so salty..
Maybe is my mentionment fault...It always not balance..i dun knw why...
I throw that recipe away..

Stawberry ice-cream

The next day...I make straberry ice-cream ==

Cause i like strawberry...



I use the same recepies as choc ice-cream..

But because i didn't have strawberry powder ..i replace it with straberry syrup..

But after it done...It so watery..i added extra corn floor in it ...Stil doesn't work..

I didn't care much...i throw it into the freezer..

the next morning...it looks like ice cube ==..










after a few over..i melt it ..then shake it again..it looks like a straberry ice-cream.. ^^

i even added choc chip in it..tasty..!

But the straberry milk too sweet ..!

Honey cake

After i done my ice cream...I bake honey cake...

ingredients :

A.
Egg 185g
Sugar 65g
Salt 1.4g
Honey 37g

B.
Baking Soda 10g

C.
Ap flour 54g
High ratio flour 54g

D.
Milk 40g
Salad oil 28g
Butter 23g


How to ?
1.Mix all A..Then add C...
2.Add B..Mix till it smooth..
3.Cook D and melted the butter.. ( Left it till warm..) Slowly add in...
4. Put in the tin... 185'c for 30 minit.











(Suppose to be like that...)


But Ter add something else...And the salad oil i put olive oil ... ==
So it make the whole thing so oily...and under it is black...
Became like tat.. >>

Choc ice-cream

I just came back from school...and is a very hot day...
i wanted to try something new...so i decide to make ice cream..

Here's the recepies...


Milk -1 cup

Choc milk - 1/2 cup (I replace it with milk + melted dark choc )

Egg yolk - 2

Sugar 150 gram

Corn floor-4g

cocoa powder-24g

Light whipping cream-442.5gram.. ( 1 1/2 cup )

Any raisan ..chop chip or biscuit can be added...


1.Cook the milk and choc milk ..not too hot..

2.Beat Egg yolk and sugar..

3.Then pour in the milk...

4.Then pour in the flour..beat till even..Then cook it...Whisk till it like A pieces a pieces..

5.Take out and cold it in cold water...

6.Whipping cream added slowly..and beat..

7.Put in bowl..Put raisan or choc chip or choc syrup or choc rice or cream..what ever you wanted to add in..

8.Freeze it in the freezer..every 1 hour take it out and shake it..Then put it back again...Till it looks like a ice cream..then is done..












Mine is looks so creamy...But is very sweet....The next time i think i will reduce the sugar...But it tasty..althought i don't like
choc ice-cream much...

Baking potato's

While i surfing the net....Again..i found some recepies about potato..
As u know..i love potato and cheeseee...
So i follow the recepies and bake...
It say that u need to put the heat till 375'c and bake for an hour..
My oven max is 300'c....But then ...my mum heard something "BOOM'
The tray was bengkok...i quickly went to off it...guess i put too high ==
So i open up the oven..let the air go in..the tray back to normal...
So now i bake again...with only 200'c..and i have no idea how long it took...
But i cut it into half...i think it will be faster...

how to bake a potato... ?
1.Grab some potato..I use US Potato...either large or small. I like small so I can eat a few. This way I get more tasty, crunchy potato skin in my portion. Mmmmm..










2.Using your average fork work your way around each potato stabbing deeply into it's flesh. 6-12 stabs should do it depending on the size of the potatoes you are using. This allows steam to escape during the cooking process.












3.Slightly deep the potato into the oil.. i used Olive oil...












4.And is ready to get into the oven.. ( the time and temperature better set it well)












5.This is how it should be...The skin should be puffed up, golden-brown and crispy, and the potato should squish easily and be very soft on the inside. Careful, potatoes retain heat for quite a while!










I added some Parmesan cheese And sour cream on top of the potato...I think it will taste great...Just hope that i cook nicely...
Oh no!! i'm gaining weight..Always potato..cheese...cake and stuff... !

So this is what i get after it came out of the oven..i just add the cheese haven't add the sour cream...
Another without the cheese i add some honey on it...The whole dish had pepper and parsley on the potato...

Exam for teori of cake..

Today is the exam day..! so i went to class...well...i'm slightly abit late..
Hope the class havent started yet...Anyway...after we get the test..is a objective...
Oh no! all is pratical..but half of it was the stuff i make before..like swiss roll and others..
and we mark it ourself..no wonder la no one ever fail...every one behind was copying each other...
i never copy! and i get 8 per 10..
I think my college exam is so much better than in my high school..

After that we having pratical..baking cheese cake..
The cake was.. == i don't like it...
but it took 1 and a half hour to steam it..
we were done at 6 plus.....so tired..
i quickly rush to my car....Jamming already!
And i'm dam hungry..
But then my car out of battery.. :'(
At last it break down...and i'm on fire till my car were lock inside..
i got no spare key...so.... ==
Ai wait my dad till 7 plus..he gave me a car to drove back..
i don't know the way back...and when i'm out to federal raod..it was so so so jam...;'(
so i reach home at 8 plus...bath and everything...ATE MY DINNER AT LAST!
practising my presentation...then went out to wings cafe..
originaly we were going to cheras OUG the longgest pasar malam..but then because i need to get back home earlier so we went to wing's..
but we end it up and i reach home at 1 plus..
So tired and sleepy....After i prepare everything for my Presentation then i straight went to sleep...

WHat a Bad day i had...

Bake chocalate cookies with jam..

i was studying my teori of cakes...after 15 minit..i'm done.. ==
i didn't study pratical because senior told me dun need to...
So i was so free i went to bake my cookies...
erm..because my brother love to eat chocalate cookies..
So i add some cocoa powder in it...
Guess wat..he ate alot..><

My butter cookies plus jam

Just came back from college...I had my lunch(porridge and red beans)...


Next...I went to the kitchen and starting to do my biscuit..><

This is plain and simple butter cookies + jam...
simple to make and tasty...
You don't need to buy it outside...it cost a lot for a box of butter cookies...

Ingredients :


butter 115g
caster sugar 150g
1 egg
200 plain flour ( AP flour )
1/2 tsp Baking powder ( 2g )


1.Beat the caster sugar and butter till fluffy and had a light colour
2.Add the egg gradually ..
3.Add flour item in it..
4. Put on the tray...put a finger on the middle of the biscuit...
5.Put as much jam as u want..
4.Bake for 190'c 17 minit ++ ( Set myself..cause forget to copy.. )








Add more jam after bake if you want
After it done...you should had slightly a light golden colour on the biscuit...
TATA! It done...


Tell you...This biscuit is very very nice..><
Anyway..i need to study already and memorize my presentation!
Althought i'm saying that..but i'm not doing anything.. ==

Stupid replacement class...

Today teori of bread class start at 10....i dont' know!
of cause i started to drive that time..i went to pump oil...then my friend message me say that the class started already...From USJ i fly car to my college...
The way i drive is so dangerous..Thank God i'm save..><
When i reach...Alot of people wasn't here yet...
no one know about it because they never tell us..

They suddenly say wednesday 10 start class ...and then friday got replacment class from 3 to 5...and maybe our exam will be on that day...
Helo..!! what kind of college is this...they never inform people..plus they simply put the replacement class when ever they were free...
i'm not free at friday..!! Got something important to do..!
i have decide...i won't come on friday for the teori class!
Last time the computer class also not arrange...no 1 came plus even the monitar sleeping in the dorm...
If the next time still like that..i'm going to complain to office d ==...

Dinner... * Bone*!

Yesterday i ate this...


Well..i have no idea what was that...and it looks like a * BONE *.. ><
It taste..ahaha..nice!...the smell..and the meat..everything was nice..
my dad wan to pour away...the sauce below..
i was like shouting from behind...MY SAUCE..!!!
haha..end up...he didn't throw it away...
my dad put it the oven and cook for 1 hour plus...
So so so nice..i ate alot of cause...fat!
And now i run to ukur my weight ==
is 47!!! grow 1 kg d...!!! i think i drink too much water just now..XP
