Ingredients :
1.High ratio flour 200G
2. AP flour 50g
3. Milk 120g
4.Egg 50g
5.Honey 50g
6.Unsalted butter 30g
7.Yeast 3g
How to ?
1.Mix everything in it except butter...Form a rough dough...
2.Add butter...The dough wil becamse smooth and none sticky..
3.rolls into ball and rest it for 90-120 minit..about double the size..
4.roll in using a rolling pin..make all the gas come out..then rest for 30 minit..
5.cut in to 4 pieces..each 120g..roll it and rest for 15 minit..
6.Put it in the toast tin and let it prove ..around 80 to 90% then is ready to bake
( Rmb to brush on oil or margerine or butter...dun wan your bread stick in the tin..>< ) 7..Preheat the oven 200'c...the toast bread brush on egg... 8. 180'c to bake for 15 minit... When is done...the toast will be soft and tasty...your house will be full of honey smell..><
But..erhem...my house kitchen is like dessert!!...of cause the dough was sticky.. :'( ..mummy say next time bring the mixer out facing aircond ...XD
anyway..the texture not tat nice ....i hope the next time when the dough was blowing aircond! it feel better...><
