i Follow my bakery class recipe...
I think the recipe i divide to 4...cause i only make 1...
i Remember there is..
First..
Sugar-72G
Egg-95G
Dextrose-10G
Whisk it together until it slightly thickened..
Then put it in other bowl..
Clean the mixer bowl
Use the padel..
Add in..
Butter-50G
Margerine-50G
Sorbitol-10G
Vanilla flavour-2G
After hit it till it smooth...
Pour in..
High ratio flour-95G
baking powder-1.5G
Milk powder-2G
After all mixed in...pour in the Cream that we make before that...
pour in 1/3 to mix it in high speed..
Ned another 1/3 for medium speed
Lastly in 1/3 hit it for low speed
After it done...Put it in the tin...
Bake it for 180'C for 35-40 minit..
This is the result..
The cake came out with nice smell...!
But alot egg flavour...less butter flavour..But it was soft and smell nice.. My mum say it kind of hard at the outside and not enough moisture..Because i put extra 5 minit...and never take care of it...XP
Anyway...first time make it was a success...><
The cake kind of small because the container is kind of big...
